Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test 
When you select this test, you are presented with a list (if there are many variables) from which to select the levels of comparison. In the above example, the IV is response type and the levels are recollection and familiarity, and the DV is mean recognition score. Once the levels have been selected, you will then be required to enter the level of statistical significance obtained in the test.
You may enter a significance value directly (e.g., .027) or you can select one of the significance level buttons, which range from 'p > .05' to 'p < 0.01'.
Next, click 'OK' to generate a description of the test. You should check and edit this text here if necessary.
Click the 'Next' button to continue. When you do this the following window appears:

For this test, a z statistic is computed, so enter that value. If the result is not statistically significant you can then click 'Save and Preview', otherwise if the result is statistically significant make the selections relating to which group got the higher ranks and hence the higher score on the DV.
When these selections have been made, click 'Save and Preview' to examine the textual description of the analysis. In this example the description is:
